Extension
An extension is a connection to a PBX with its own number. All extensions are unique.
In Pro 9, extensions are referred to as objects. Each object is connected to a node and to a cost center and all costs related to the extension are billed to the cost center it is connected to.
Extensions can be created manually or by an AD/HR integration.
