Traffic Alarms
It is possible to display alarms regarding traffic as a web part on the start page. The three types of alarms, and how to set them up is described below.
| Alarm | Description |
| Illicit calls | Presents calls that have been made to traffic types that are defined as prohibited. |
| Unusually large volumes | Displays if there have been more calls than the set threshold values. |
| Calls after closing hours | Presents if there have been calls outside of the defined open hours. |
Note: The alarm settings can be run towards different time periods, e.g. day, week, month. Choose some of the settings based upon the period preferably used.
