Report - Sorted on Free Date

The Sorted on free date report presents a list of objects that have not been used since a defined date, and that can be reused for new users.

Note: This report requires that the system is configured to use the built-in attribute, Free date.

Selection

1. Select node in the dropdown menu
2. Click on the calendar to select a date in Free before
3. Enter the max number of rows to show
4. Click show

Result

The following information is displayed in the report:

Heading	Content
Object	The name of the object
Free from	The value from the object attribute Free date
Organization group	The organization group the object belongs to
Person	The person connected to the object
