ProManager - Requests

ProManager - Requests is a tool for the manager to handle user request, comments and votes from ProOpinion.


How to - Handle User Request and Votes from ProOpinion

Select the tab to review:

  • Cancellation
  • Education
  • Comments
  • History
  • Votes


Handle Cancellation Requests

  1. Click accept to accept the user’s cancellation request
  2. Click add comment to make your own comment
  3. Click send request
    • Send requests opens
  4. Enter receiver, subject and a message
    • Click preview attachment to download and preview the information in the attached excel document
  5. Click send to send the order of cancellation
    - or -
  6. Click decline to decline the user’s cancellation request
  7. Click add comment to make your own comment
  8. Click send request to send the decision to the user
    • The user is informed in ProOpinion about the decision


If you click details you have all the options above.


Handle Education Requests

  1. Click accept to accept the user’s education request
  2. Click add comment to make your own comment
  3. Click send request
    • Send request opens
  4. Enter receiver, subject and a message
    • Click preview attachment to download and preview the information in the attached excel document
  5. Click send to send the order of cancellation
    - or -
  6. Click decline to decline the user’s education request
  7. Click add comment to make your own comment
  8. Click send request to send the decision to the user
    • The user is informed in ProOpinion about the decision


If you click details you have all the options above.


Handle Comments

  1. Click the comment text to open and review
  2. Select action:
    • Click archive to hide message
    • Click mark as unread to mark as unread
    • Click mark as read to mark as read


History

Open the tab history to view previous activities on the selected service.


Votes

Open the tab votes to view all user votes on the selected service.
