Import History
The history view shows a list of the imports done for a specific import type and the status. If needed, you can delete a previously made import.
There is also a detailed import report available for each of the imports.
File name | The name of the file that was imported. |
Import time | The time when the import was made. |
Imported by | The username for the user who started the import. |
Test | State a test import |
Deleted | States if the import has been deleted. |
Failed | Indicates if the data was successfully imported or if the import failed. |
How to - Show Import History
- Click on Reports & Integrations > Imports
- A list of available imports is shown
- Click on the import you want to see the history for
- Click on the history tab
Note: All imports will also be saved and can be viewed from the Activity panel. Read more about how to handle the activity panel
How to - Open Detailed Import History
- Click show
- The report tab opens, showing the details of the imported data
- To view the settings made for that specific import click expand
to the right
Note: The details of the imported data can't be shown if the import is deleted
How to - Delete an Import
- Ensure that the period the data is imported to is open
- Go to Invoicing > Periods > Manage periods to check and if needed open the period
- Then go back to the history tab
- Click show
for the import you want to delete
- Click delete
- The imported data is removed, and the import is set as deleted in the import history
