Scheduled Report
If you want to regularly generate a specific report with a set selection, you can use the scheduled report functionality.
With the scheduled report functionality you can set up subscription which defines the report selection and where to place the generated report or who to send it to. The subscription can be connected to schedules that defines when and how often the report should be generated and, if defined, sent by email to selected receivers. You can also use stored procedures to help make a selection from the database to be used in the report.
Users can also decide to schedule a specific report for themselves. This is done in the interface of the selected report.
