The Answer Group Role

In the Answer Group role you will find all quality reports based upon any particular object (extension, SIP user, Skype users and so on) or group of objects.

The role is not shown in the sidebar, since all reports are accessed by clicking Reports at the top of the sidebar.

Note: There is a system setting available that enables all organization groups on a specified level updated from an AD/HR integration to be automatically created as answer groups.
