== Report - Activity Report ==

The ''Activity Report'' displays the total telephone activity for the objects/extensions in the chosen measure group. Basically it gives the answer to questions regarding how much time is spent on the phone, for either incoming or outgoing calls.

The report also shows figures for call duration split by incoming and outgoing calls. All information is grouped by hourly intervals with grand total at the end of the report.

Incoming calls is also split by internal and external incoming.

Time interval over midnight is available in this report, e.g. start time 10:00PM and end time 02:00AM. 

'''Note:''' The report will show whole intervals and if you select date 1 to date 5, time 10:00PM to 02:00AM the report will present statistic until date 6 and time 02:00AM.
