== Report - Recall Report (MD, MX-ONE) ==

Using the ''Recall Report'' you can view statistics about the number of [[{{Link}}Recall|recalls]] experienced by one or all of the [[{{Link}}Operator|operators]] during a period of time.

Because a recall is sent back to the operator that originally answered the call it is not registered as the other calls to the [[{{Link}}CORG|call origin groups (CORG)]] (displayed in the Call reports), yet it is equally important to the total PBX traffic. Whereas the call reports show the proficiency of the operator, the recall reports show how the organization as a whole manages its telephones.

The reports show how many recalls have been answered or lost during the period selected, as well as how large a percentage the answered recalls represent of the total number of answered calls and recalls. It is preferred to have as small share of recalls as possible.
