The ''Itemized Traffic Report Incoming'' is a detailed report showing incoming calls. For each call the report shows caller, dialed number, answer part, date and time. It also shows the queue and ring time as well as the call duration. At the end of the report there are summaries and average values.

The report will look for objects/extension in the [[{{Link}}Answer Group|answer group]] existing as either dialed number or answer part of the call.
