Import Tele2 Traffic
Standard format used by Tele2. Specified (call by call) information for each fixed extension or mobile number.
How to - Do Import Tele2 Traffic
- File is provided by Tele2 in file format .CSV
- File format definition can be found by opening the file definition panel at the bottom of the import page
- Fields checked as mandatory must be filled in
- Ensure that there are no empty rows at the end of the file
- Enter the name of the import file in the file name or choose file from your local computer
- Copy the file to a shared directory on the server - enter \\server name\directory
- The server name is the name of the server where Pro 8 is installed
- The directory is the name of the shared directory where the import file will be placed - e.g. \\server1\import
- Copy to a folder on your local computer
- Contact Servicedesk to change system settings to import by browsing
- Copy the file to a shared directory on the server - enter \\server name\directory
- Select main group
- Select billing period where the costs will be charged
- Check import mobile costs box if you want to import mobile costs
- Note: If the box is unchecked the import will ignore cost connected to mobile objects even if they exist in the import file
- Check import fixed extension costs box if you want to import fixed extension costs
- Note: If the box is unchecked the import will ignore cost connected to fixed extension even if they exist in the import file
- Select mobile nodes to match cost against
- Select fixed extension nodes/PBX to match cost against
- Check match full-length number box if fixed extensions are added in Pro as full-length numbers, in the same format as in the Tele2 import file
- Enter number of digits of the objects in Pro if not in full-length number in match number of digits, match is made from the right e.g. enter 4 and number 08123456789 is converted to 6789
- Select a traffic category for new traffic types
- Check create new traffic types if you want to create new traffic types
- Note: If the box is unchecked the import will ignore cost connected to missing traffic types even if they exist in the import file
- Enter change initial 467 for mobile to if mobile object is entered in another format in Pro e.g. enter 07 to convert 467012345678 to 07012345678
- Select the currency of the costs in import file
- Note: The currency need to be active in Pro
- Click on try
- The report will display any errors in the current import
- Check the compilation
- If errors have occurred:
- Correct any errors
- Click on try again
- If everything looks OK, click on import
Note: It is possible to run the same import simultaneous and import more the one file at the time
