Update Multiple Attributes

In the Update multiple attributes view you are able to make multiple attribute updates for persons and organization groups in one place.

In the selected section your selected persons or organization groups are displayed and checked.

How to - Show the Update Multiple Attributes View

  1. Search for persons or organization groups in the main search view and check the persons or organization groups you want to edit
  2. Click the icon Icon Links.png to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select attribute - update multiple attributes
    • The update multiple attributes view opens

How to - Multi Edit Attribute Values

  1. Add a values in the Attributes section as appropriate
    • Click empty to clear the attribute value, only apply to text attributes
    • Click default to add the default value for the attribute, only apply if a default value is added in the attribute settings
    • Click undo to undo changes that are not saved
    • Click undo all unsaved attribute changes to undo all changes that are not saved
  2. Click save new attribute values
