Export Data
The Export data tool collates information from Pro 9 to a text file suitable for export. The export file can then be imported into, for example, the ERP/financial system. Different systems have different requirements and this, combined with different customer needs, means that the export file always needs to be configured in each Pro 9 setup. If different main groups are used, different export files can be created. The export file can be transferred in various ways, e.g. via FTP or email.
Export data is a possible way to export any type of customized report data from the system, not only ERP data.
Power Pivot and export data gives the user a flexible way to work with data from Pro 9. Please contact an Enghouse technical consultant for more information.
Note: Since there is great variation between systems, in most cases an adaption of the setup must be done by Enghouse. The Export data function is therefore a very commonly used option in Pro 9.
Note: It is possible to run the same export simultaneous and export more the one file at the time
