FTP Settings

In the FTP settings view you can add, edit or delete FTP connections, that are used when exporting data from Pro 9.

A typical scenario is that the ERP system is expecting a monthly file to import in a specific folder. Rather than manually exporting the file from Pro 9 and copy it into that folder, the FTP function can handle that automatically.

How to - Show FTP Settings

  1. Click on Reports & Integrations
  2. Click on FTP settings in the Links menu Icon Links.png

How to - Add an FTP Connection

  1. Click on add Icon Add.png
  2. Edit the fields described in the table below
  3. Click on save Icon Save.png
Field Contains
Description Description or server name
Remote server Address to server
User name Login for the FTP server
Password FTP Password
Proxy address Proxy address, if used
Proxy port Proxy port, if used
Path Default path to folder on FTP server

How to - Edit an FTP Connection

  1. Click on edit Icon Edit.png next to the connection you want to edit
  2. Edit or add information in the fields
  3. Click on save Icon Save.png
