Country
In Pro 9 you need to define for each PBX in what country it is located, to be able to interpret calls made from this PBX and know which calls are domestic calls.
You can also define for each log case in which countries this log case apply. If the same log case can be used for all countries where you have PBXs, you can select All.
During the installation process it is defined which countries to show in the dropdown menus and what country that should be selected by default in these menus. This is done in the configuration settings by a technical consultant from Enghouse.
