Import Log Cases from File
In this view you can upload a file with log cases to import for the selected traffic type.
The file should be tab separated and contain 2 columns. The first column is the code/area code and the second an optional field with a description. When you have uploaded it, you will see a preview of the file before proceeding with the import.
Note: There is another log case import that is more flexible and can handle log cases on different traffic types, on different nodes and in different countries. It is found in Invoicing > Import data > Import log cases and traffic types.
How to - Show Import Log Cases from File
- Click on the role Invoicing in the navigation tree
- Click on Dial plan > Manage traffic types
- Select the correct traffic category in the menu
- Click on edit
for the traffic type you want to add log cases to
- Click on update log case from file in the Links menu
How to - Import Log Cases from File
- Select what loggable field to use
- Select what country the log cases apply to
- Select what node the log cases apply to
- Select the method
- Click choose file... to browse to and select the file to import the log cases from
- Click import
- The log cases are imported on the selected traffic type
