Service Category
By using service categories, you can keep track of and structure the services in Pro 9.
Each service must be part of at least one service category and any service that is not placed in a particular category will automatically belong to the predefined default service category.
You may create any number of categories, and each service may belong to any number of categories.
Examples of categories: Telephony, IT Services or Infrastructure.
