Skype for Business

The Skype for Business Connector (On-prem) is part of the module UC Manager.

When you create a Skype node in Pro 9 the objects connected to that node will automatically have three attributes created in the attribute group Skype for Business (default attribute group). These are number and extension that are for call handling, the location attribute is used only for optional functoriality (Travel Free meetings report and KPIs). These attribute is normally updated automatically via an AD/HR integration, but they may also be updated manually upon Skype object creation. Read more about how to handle attributes.
