Create or Edit Organization Groups
In this view you can create organization groups and edit organization group settings.
Since an organization group is always part of a main group, you access organization groups through the main groups. This means that you always have to select a main group to access organization groups.
How to - Show the Create or Edit Organization Group View
- Click navigate next to the main group name in the Main groups view
- The Navigate view is displayed, with a table showing the main group contents, one organization level and the organization groups on that level
 - The different levels are shown as tabs above the table heading row and the currently selected organization level is indicated in a light blue

 - Select organization level by clicking a tab
 - To create a new organization group, ensure the correct organization level is selected and click create new organization group in the Links menu

 - To edit an existing organization group, click on the name of the organization group you want to edit

How to - Create a New Organization Group
If organization groups are imported from external registries, they should be defined in those registries and not in Pro 9.
- Add the relevant information
- Enter a name
 - Add a description for the group
 - Add extra info if necessary
 - Add address

 - Change main group if necessary
 - Select owner (the organization group on the organization level above, that this organization group belongs to)
 - Check the box active if the organization group should be active
 - Click save

How to - Edit Existing Organization Groups
If organization groups are imported from external registries, they should be defined in those registries and not in Pro 9.
- If you want to change the organization group´s general information:
- Change or add relevant information in the name, description, info and address
- Note: The main group and organization level is not editable

 - Change owner (the organization group on the organization level above, that this organization group belongs to)
 - Check the box active if the organization group should be active
 - Click save

 - Change or add relevant information in the name, description, info and address

At the bottom of the view, three frames are displayed: Attributes, Owned organization groups on underlying level or Owned objects and Other.
- The Attributes section displays attributes for the selected organization group
- Edit the attribute values if needed

 - Open Owned organization groups on underlying level by clicking expand
- The frame contains a table over the underlying levels that belong to the organization group
 - In this table you can select levels to edit or book services for
 - Open them by clicking on the name of the appropriate level you want to edit

 - Open Owned objects by clicking expand
- The frame contains a table over the objects that belong to the organization group
 - In this table you can select objects to add to bag, book services for, move, handle attributes for or export to file from the action menu
 - Or open one object by clicking on the name

- Read more about the Edit object view

 - Open Other by clicking expand
- The frame contains information about the organization group: who created it and when, who made the latest changes and when
