Organization Group
An organization group is a group on any of the levels in the organization structure.
The organization groups can be connected to an organization group on the level above, to create an organization tree. On the highest level, below the main group, the organization groups have no owner.
The organization groups on the lowest level, level 0, are also called cost centers.
