Navigate Organization Structure

In the Navigate view, you can see the full organization structure with all organization groups. This is also where you manually may create an organization group on any level. The attribute import on organization groups is also found in this view. In this view, you also have the setting to "check" if an organization group is active or not. By unchecking the box active you are no longer be able to move object to that unit or book service charges to it either.

How to - Show the Navigate View

  1. Click the role Organization Management in the navigation tree
  2. Select Organization structure > Manage main groups
  3. Click navigate next to the main group you want to explore
    • A table showing the main group contents, one organization level and organization groups on that level is displayed
    • The different levels are shown above the table heading row. The current organization level is indicated by a tinted field

How to - Navigate Main Group and Edit Organization Groups

  1. Click on the appropriate organization level in the bar
    • To view only active organization groups, check show only active
    • To view only organization groups that are not part of a group on a higher level, check show only organization groups with no owner
  2. Use the toolbar to search in or filter the table of organization groups
  3. Select an organization group by clicking on the name of the group you want to edit
