Book Services On Object

With the book on object function, you can book one or more services on a selected object at the same time.

• In the book on object view, an overview of the services that are already booked on the selected object is shown; service shows the type of service, no. of shows the number of booked services of that type and cost shows the cost of each service.
• In the table under selectable services, the bookable services are shown.
• The table can contain several pages. Click a number to go to the corresponding page.
• By checking the star in the favorite's column , you can place that service at the top of the list for future use.

How to - Show the Book on Object View (Advanced options)

1. Use the search function to find the object you want to book the service on
2. Check the corresponding box
3. Select book service in the action menu
4. Select advanced options

How to - Filter Selectable Services

1. To filter your selectable services:

   • Use the toolbar

     - or -

   • Click the filter button in a column header to select what values to show
     • The filter button is highlighted in blue when filter is applied

How to - Book Services on Objects (Advanced options)

1. Define a start date for new bookings in the start date field (the earliest possible date is shown above the table, and today's date is shown as the default date)
2. Select the service(s) to be booked for the object by checking the box in the choose service column
3. If you want to add specific information about a booking, enter the information for that service in the info field
4. If the same service is to be booked several times, define the number in the no. of field
5. If the service is of the service type single payment service (variable), the price must also be defined
6. If the service is of the service type subscription service, you can check the box to the right of the end date field and set an end date
7. Click book

   • The booking is placed on the object and at the top of the page, the number of affected rows is shown

How to - Book Services on Objects (Quick booking)

1. Use the search function to find the object you want to book the service on
2. Check the corresponding box
3. Select book service in the action menu
4. Select a service in the list

   • Selected favorites are shown at the top of the list

5. If the service is of the service type single payment service (variable), the price must also be defined

   • Add a price and/or an info for all rows in set all and press apply

   - or -

   • Add an individual price and/or an info per row

6. If the service is of the service type subscription service, you have the ability to set an end date

   • Check the box to the right of the end date field and set an end date

7. Click book

   • The subscription is booked with today´s date

How to - Edit Bookings on Objects

1. Use the search function to find the object that you want to change a booking for
2. Check the corresponding box
3. Select book service in the action menu
4. Select advanced options

   • An overview of the services currently booked on the selected object is shown in the booked services section
   • If you want to view earlier services as well, uncheck the display only active subscriptions box

5. Click edit next to the booking you want to change
6. Edit the fields that need editing (e.g. set an end date for a subscription service)

   • To set an end date, check the set end date box and then define the end date

7. Click save
8. Click cancel if you want to go back without saving

How to - Unsubscribe Service

1. Use the search function to find the objects you want to unsubscribe services on
2. Check the corresponding box
3. Select unsubscribe service in the action menu
4. Select to
   1. Unsubscribe multiple services
      • Mark services you want to unsubscribe
      • Enter an end date for the selected services, only applied if a subscription service is selected
   2. Unsubscribe one service
      • Enter an end date for the selected services, only applied if a subscription service is selected
5. Click unsubscribe

Note: Single payment services will be deleted
