Digital Meetings
The digital meetings view specify all location attributes from the attribute group Skype for Business and are updated from your AD/HR integration or manually. The location attribute determines whether the Skype for Business meeting in the reports Digital meetings details and Digital meetings overview are travel free or local.
How to - Edit Location Attribute
If there are several location attributes for the same city the locations need to be paired to determine the local meetings. Enter the same travel free value for all location you like to merge to the same city.
- Click on edit
- Enter a travel free value
- Note: If a travel free value is entered the location is translated to this value
- Click on save
How to - Export to Excel
- Click on Action menu > Export to Excel
- Click on save to download the file to your computer
