Import Price List
The Import price list function allows you to quickly update pricing information by uploading a file containing all relevant data. You can also use import templates to connect specific traffic types during the import.
Note: In order to import data for a price list, it must first have been defined in Pro 9.
How to - Open the Import Price List Function
- Click on the role Invoicing or the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation tree
- Click on Price lists > Import price list
How to - Import a Price List
- Make sure that the import file is available on your computer or in a shared folder on the network
- The file should be a semicolon separated text file or an Excel file
- Below Import price list, the File definition frame is shown and the contents of this frame varies with the selected price list
- Select a price list in the menu
- Make sure that the import file matches the definition
- Select a country in the menu
- Select an import template if you have particular connections you want to include in the import
- Find the import file with choose file
- Click on import
