The Object Overview Administrator Role

Icon Object Overview Administrator Role.png

The Object Overview Administrator role is similar to the Object overview role, and is a useful role for e.g. help desk functions or managers. It allows the user with this role to search and look at details regarding any object connected to an organization group that the user has permission to. All information is shown in a read only view. Searches are done via objects or attributes.

The extra functionality added to this role compared to the Object Overview role is that the user have the possibility to move objects between organization groups that they have permissions to.

This role also gives access to two reports, related to objects on organization groups and organization structure. They are accessed by clicking Reports at the top of the sidebar.

Note: Any service booking connected to a moved object will follow the object to the new organization group, and the user does not have the possibility to make any changes to the service bookings.
