Manage Route Names
The Manage route names view gives you an overview of the routes that are managed by Pro 9, and lets you name them. The lines are shown per node.
The routes are used to manage inbound and outbound traffic between the PBX and the public telephone network. A route consists of a number of channels of the same type. The number of channels determine the capacity for the route, i.e. the number of possible concurrent calls. Capacity improves as the number of channel increases.
Use the functionality to give each route a given name in Pro 9, to make it easier to interpret the reports. The given names will be shown in the reports.
How to - Show Manage Route Names
- Click on the Operator Administrator in the menu
- Click on Route naming > Manage route names
- A table showing all routes is displayed
