Log Surveillance
To be able to add log surveillance for a node, there must be at least one log object set up for that node in the Pro Log Server. There can be more than one log object for each node. For example, one for the PBX connection and another one for the data validation of the date received.
The log surveillance interval controls how often the system expect to receive data. What interval to choose depends on how often the data should normally be available. You should always have a bit of a margin, to avoid false alarms, e.g. if the normal interval is 24h, the log surveillance interval could be 26h.
How to - Show the Log Surveillance View
- Click on the role Application Maintenance in the navigation tree
- Click on System monitoring > Alarms
