An uncategorized call is a call that was not possible to interpret when it was loaded to Pro 9 and therefore is placed in an error table, e.g. because the call is missing critical data or that data in some field does not have the correct format.
In the node settings, it is possible to set up a maximum number of uncategorized calls percentage. If the maximum uncategorized calls percentage is exceeded when calls are loaded to the call record, an alarm will be shown in the alarm table, and sent to the alarm receivers according to the setup.
