Feedback Interface
The feedback interface is an easy way of sending user feedback about current interface. Add your feedback, attach uploaded screenshot, which you may edit (highlight/mask/add text).
This message will be received by the product management at Enghouse.
Note: This function is for feedback about new functionality not incident handling, please contact Servicedesk if you experience problem with the application.
How to - Give feedback
- Click the icon
- A screenshot of your view is made
- Describe your feedback clearly in the text box
- Click highlight or hide info to highlight, hide and make comments in the screenshot to illustrate your feedback
- Uncheck the box include screenshot if you don't want to include the screenshot
- Click send feedback to send your feedback
- Your feedback is sent to and evaluated by product management at Enghouse
