The Operator role is a role created mainly for switch board operators. Users with this role may access a large variety of reports regarding all incoming calls to either main switch board numbers and/or calls handled by a specific attendant or group number function. Besides from statistics regarding number of answered and/or lost calls, waiting and handling times regarding time spent in call busy or not busy are also available.

The role is not shown in the sidebar, since all reports are accessed by clicking Reports at the top of the sidebar.
