Report - Persons Who Need to Attest
The Persons who need to attest report shows a list of all persons that have calls to attest. This report function can be used to send an initial message to all users when they can start to attest the calls for a specific period. It can also be used to, at a later time, send a reminder email to any user who have not yet attested his or her calls.
Get Started
- Load a previous selection from history to run, optionally
- - or -
- Load your saved settings from saved presets to run , optionally
- Click run report
- If you want to run a new selection, continue to selection and choose your values
Selection
- Select a period
- The persons that need to attest the selected period will be shown in a list
- Click run report
Execution
- Define the report format
- Check the show when ready box to show the report in the open view when ready
- If you leave the view or click show once again the report will be available in the activity panel
- Read more about how to handle the activity panel
Summery
The summery section show your selected values.
Result
The following information is displayed in the report:
| Heading | Content |
| Person | The name of the person who have not attested the period |
| The email address to the person | |
| Private call costs | The private call costs according to the current settings |
| Business call costs | The business call costs according to the current settings |
| Send email | A checkbox defining if this person should get an email reminder, when using the reminder function |
How to - Send Email Reminder
A reminder email can be sent to the persons that have not attested the period.
- Uncheck the box in the email users column for any persons you don't want to send a reminder to
- Edit the subject and/or message to be sent
- Click the send button
- A reminder email is sent to all checked persons in the list
