Bag
In Pro 9 you can create bags for collections of objects, persons and organization groups.
The purpose of creating bags is to be able to easily perform actions on a group of items, e.g. to book services on the objects in a bag or update the attribute values.
Bags also add a new dimension to the report selection. You can use the bag filter function that is implemented in many reports to select what objects, persons or organization groups to display in the report. This is very useful e.g. when you want to report on a cross-organizational group of persons.
Bags are user specific and permissions can be delegated.
Add items to bags by searching for them in the Search view, checking the corresponding boxes and selecting to add them to a bag. Bags can be edited in the Edit bags view.
Bags can also automatically be updated every night based on a saved search, read more about how to fill bag members automatically from a saved search.
Auto creation, updates and deletes of bags based on a person manager connection can be managed by the AD/HR integration.
