User objects
In User objects each user is able to see and edit all objects that is connected to the person associated, if the user have permissions.
How to - Perform Actions on Items
From the view, User objects, you can perform actions as e.g. book services or add to a bag on selected objects.
Which actions that are available in the action menu depends on the selection you have made, e.g. if you have selected one or more items.
- Check the box for each item you want to perform the action on
- Click the icon
to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select your action
- Add to bag - Adds selected items to the selected bag
- Book service - Read more about how to book services
- Move - Moves the item to a new organization group
- Attributes - Allows you to set attribute values, show a report with the attributes or send an email with the attributes
- Update attribute - Allows you to set attribute values
- Show report - Allows you to show a report with the attributes
- Send email with attributes - To send an email with attributes
- Export to file - Exports selected items to a file, and you can select how to separate the items; with semicolon, tab, comma or excel
How to - Edit bags
To edit bags, e.g. change the name of the bag or add/delete bag members:
- Click Links and select Edit bags
