Import Templates

In the Import template view, you can create import templates when importing call and traffic data, to associate the operators names for the traffic types with the existing traffic types in Pro 9.


How to - Show Import Templates

  1. Click on the role Invoicing or the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation tree
  2. Click on Price lists > Import price list
  3. Click on Templates in the Links menu Icon Links.png


How to - Add an Import Template

  1. Click on add Icon Add.png to create the template
  2. Enter a name for the template
  3. Click on save
    • The frame Connected traffic types is shown
  4. To add traffic types to the template:
    1. Click on add Icon Add.png
    2. Add a name, i.e. the text in the file that you want to match to the traffic type
    3. Select the traffic type you want to match to
    4. Click on save Icon Save.png
    5. Repeat to add more traffic types


How to - Edit an Import Template

  1. Click on the name of the import template you want to edit
    • The Edit import template view is displayed
  2. Change the name for the template if needed
    • The frame Connected traffic types is shown
  3. To delete a traffic type:
    1. Check the box for each traffic type you want to delete
    2. Click the icon Icon Links.png to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select delete
      • The traffic type is immediately deleted
  4. If you want to add traffic types:
    1. Click on add Icon Add.png
    2. Add a name, i.e. the text in the file that you want to match to the traffic type
    3. Select the traffic type you want to match to
    4. Click on save Icon Save.png
    5. Repeat to add more traffic types
