Permissions on Service Groups
In this view, you can add and remove user permissions to view the service groups.
How to - Show Permissions on Service Groups
- Click on the role Invoicing in the navigation menu
- Click Services > Manage service groups
- A list of service groups is presented
- Click edit
for the service group you want to set permissions on - Click permissions
in the upper right corner
How to - Add Users
- Enter the user name (or a part of the user name) in the Search user field
- Click search
- A list of all users who match the search query is presented
- You can only search on the user name, not the users real name. If the user name doesn't exist or if the user is already in the list, the search will not give any result.
- Check the boxes for the users you want to add
- Click the Save button
- Selected users are moved from the list and added to the table with users with permissions to the service group
How to - Delete Users
- If necessary, click the numbers below the table to go to the correct page
- Click delete
next to the user you want to remove from the list of users with permissions
- The user is deleted from the table and has no longer permissions on the service group
