Download Call Data
With download call data you can update the log of calls for a particular object without having to wait for data to be aggregated.
How to - Start Download of Call Data
- Click on the role Security Director in the navigation tree
- Click Instant update > Download call data in the navigation tree
- A table showing log objects and when they were last updated is displayed in the window to the right.
How to - Update log
- Select main node to review
- Select log object to review
- Click Start
- Note: The update may take some time for large data volumes.
