Person
Persons working in the organization can be registered in Pro 9. A unique ID must be defined for each person, e.g. the employment number. By defining an email address for each person you can send them reports, e.g. their personal cost report.
Registered persons can be connected to objects to keep track of who is in hold of the objects.
When creating a user and that user is also a person working in the organization, you can connect the user to the person.
Registered persons are not a requirement in Pro 9, it's just another factor to group, sort and filter on.
