Recall

A recall is a call answered by the operator, during which the caller requests to be connected to an extension. The operator connects the caller to the extension, but the call is not answered. The call reverts back to the operator, and it is this reconnection that is termed as recall.

In case the caller hangs up before the operator answers the recall it is counted as an abandoned recall.
