Role
There are several roles in Pro 9, that group related functions. By selecting the predefined roles to give access to these functions, it's easy to assign permissions to the users. The modules that the license covers control what roles are available.
It's also possible to create custom roles to assign to users, containing exactly the functionality you want the users to have access to.
Note: A module license that gives access to a role doesn't necessarily give access to all functionality in that role. For detailed information on the functionality included in each module, contact Servicedesk.
