ProManager - Overview

ProManager - Overview is a tool for the manager to get an overview of user request, comments and votes from ProOpinion.

How to - Show ProManager Overview

1. Click the role Manager
2. Click ProManager > Overview

   • An overview of user influenced services from ProOpinion is shown

3. Select the approve tab to review user request and votes

4. Select the history tab to view request or vote history

How to - Handle User Request and Votes from ProOpinion

1. Select the approve tab to review user requests and votes
2. Click the name of the service you want to review

   • The requests view opens, read more about how to handle requests

How to - Handle History

1. Select the history tab to view request history
2. Select a start period
3. Select an end period
4. Check the show my group's history only box to only display your groups history

   • Checkbox is shown if you are a ProOpinion admin

5. Click show

   • An overview of all ratable services is shown

Heading	Content
Name	Shows the name of the service
Cancellation requests	Shows all handled and unhandled cancellation requests for the period
Training requests	Shows all handled and unhandled training requests for the period
Messages	Shows all read and unread comments for the period
	Shows all up votes for the period, counted once per user
	Shows all down votes for the period, counted once per user
Approved cancellations	Show all approved cancellations for the period
Approved training	Show all approved trainings for the period
Cancelled subscriptions	Show all cancelled subscriptions for the period
Created subscriptions	Show all created subscriptions for the period
Price (selected period)	Show service price on the last selected period in the interval
Total cost	Show total cost for the period
