Report - Call Logging

The review report Call logging helps you do checks e.g. before an invoicing. You will see a summary of any uncategorized calls, any days without call data, if there are any simulations of call data done and if there are any imports of costs done. For each of these summaries you may click and see a more detailed report of this part.

Selection

  1. Select a period
  2. Select a node type
  3. Select a country
  4. Select a node
  5. Click on show

Report Content

This report is grouped by node and allows you to track calls that have not been logged correctly or days that have lost call data.

Heading Content
Node Shows the name of the node which the values are grouped by.
Uncategorized calls Shows the total amount of uncategorized calls. To see all uncategorized calls, click on show report Icon Show.png.
Not logged days (weekends) Shows the total number of days during the period where no calls have been logged, where the number of days occurring on weekends is shown within parenthesis. To see a report over trends per day during the period for the node, click on show report Icon Show.png.
Simulated days Shows the total number of days during the period where data has been simulated. To view the simulation, click on show report Icon Show.png.
Imported (cost) Shows the total number of calls that have been imported to the node from external systems during the period, where the cost for the calls is shown within parenthesis.
