Scheduled Jobs - History

The Scheduled jobs - History view displays the 10 most recent runs of the selected scheduled job, with status information.

If the row shows , the job has been executed successfully. If the row shows , the execution of the job failed. See information below on how to follow up on jobs that failed.

Started	Displays when the execution of the job started.
Duration	Displays how long it took to execute the job.
Show errors	Click show errors to show an error message with information on why the job failed.

How to - Show Scheduled Jobs History

1. Click on the role Application Maintenance in the navigation tree
2. Click on System monitoring > Scheduled jobs in the navigation tree

   • The scheduled jobs are displayed

3. Click Links > History
4. Select a job in the select job menu

How to - Follow Up on Failed Jobs

1. Click show errors on one row

   • A new view will open, displaying information about why the job failed
