Loggable Field

The loggable field option defines which of the fields in the call data the rules for the log cases should apply to.


There are four options:

  • Access 1 - depending on PBX platform
  • Access 2 - depending on PBX platform
  • Area code - the area code or phone number pattern
  • Trunk - the physical wire from the PBX
