Permissions on Organization Groups
This view is used to give users permissions on the selected organization group.
How to - Show Permissions on Organization Groups
- Use the search function in the navigation tree
- Click the name of the organization group you want to edit
- Click permissions
in the top right corner of the view
- A table showing users with permissions on this organization group is displayed
How to - Add User
- Enter the username (or part of it) in the search user field
- Click search
- A table showing users that match the search is displayed
- If the username doesn't exist, or if the user already is in the access table, the search will show no result
- Select the users you would like to add by checking the corresponding boxes
- Click save
- The selected users are removed from the list and added to the permission table
How to - Remove User
- If many users are shown, the number of pages are displayed above the table (e. g.: 1 2 3...). If necessary, click on the numbers above the table to get to the appropriate page.
- Click delete
next to the user you want to remove
- The user is removed from the table and does not have permissions on the organization group
