Permission Template

A permission template is a predefined template that can be applied to a user to give this user a specific setup of roles and permissions to access data and functions in Pro 9.

By using permission templates, it's easy to give the same permission settings to more than one user. A good idea is therefore to create permission templates for different types of users, e.g. administrators or managers.

If a user is assigned permissions using a permission template, these permissions are updated if the permission template later is changed.
