Report - Grouped by Number Series
The Grouped by number series report gives you a list of unused objects within a defined number series/range. It is basically an add-on to a specific type or search that you can do in the system when looking for unused/free objects. As a result, you may get some suggestions of free extension ranges to reuse.
Note: This report requires that the system is configured to use the built-in attribute, Free date.
Selection
- Select a node in the dropdown menu
- Click on the calendar
to select date in free before - Enter the minimum number of extensions in a collection
- Enter the max number of rows to show
- Click show
Result
The following information is displayed in the report:
| Heading | Content |
| Object | The name of the object |
| Free from | The value from the object attribute Free date |
| Organization group | The organization group the object belongs to |
| Person | The person connected to the object |
