Organisation Graphs
Graphs
The graphs gives you a quick overview of the entity of the object, person or organization group entered.
General function
Hover over the bar or slice to display the name.
Click on the name of the bar or slice beneath the graph to hide or unhide.
An object belonging to a node that does not log call statistics will only be presenting the graph showing total cost in the edit object view.
Cost
Period Cost
The period cost graph show traffic and service cost for the last 12 periods.
Select the currency you want to display in the graph by clicking the name in the upper right corner.
The graph show:
- Bars for the traffic cost per period
- Bars for the service cost per period
Call Volume
The call volume graph shows external and internal calls for the last 12 periods.
The graph show:
- Bars for external calls per period
- Bars for internal calls per period
Statistics
Select interval to view in the graph by clicking 1 day, 7 days or 30 days in the upper right corner.
Response Quality
The graph show:
- Slice for answered calls per selected interval
- Slice for diverted calls per selected interval
- Slice for calls answered by voicemail/PBX per selected interval
- Slice for lost calls per selected interval
- Slice for busy calls per selected interval
Call Volume
The graph show:
- Bars for incoming calls per selected interval
- Bars for internal calls per selected interval
