The Response Quality Role
The Response Quality role is an administrator's role regarding response quality reporting. It gives you access to all quality reports based upon any particular object (extension, SIP user, Skype users and so on) or group of objects. The reports are accessed by clicking Reports at the top of the sidebar. This role also includes the functionality for managing and creating answer groups.
Note: There is a system setting available that enables all organization groups on a specified level updated from an AD/HR integration to be automatically created as answer groups.
