Associate Price List

The function associate price list is used to connect price lists with the nodes and main group they apply to. If you have more than one country you can use that as a parameter as well.

If you need to have specific exceptions for certain traffic types (e.g. international calls through a different provider), you can use traffic cases to connect the price list with these instances. In order to use traffic cases, they need to be defined first.

This way you may for example connect all international call that goes out on a specific trunk to a specific price list.

How to - Show Associate Price List

  1. Click on the role Invoicing or the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation tree
  2. Click on Price lists > Associate price list

How to - Associate Price List

  1. Select a main group
  2. Select a price list to associate
  3. Select a country
  4. Select node(s) to associate the price list with:
    1. Check the node box(es) in the table
    2. If necessary, select a traffic case for each node
  5. Click on save

Note: If you get the error message Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_t_customer_category_price_list'..., try to remove the association with current price list (uncheck node), and then associate the new one.
