Break Date

The break date is the date when the period is closed. A closed period is no longer reaggregated every night.

Usually, the break date is set to a number of days after the period has ended. The reason is that some costs regarding the period, particularly cost generated from imports, might not be available until a few days after the period has ended.

When the break date has passed and the period is closed, no changes are done to the period data. If you need to reaggregate a closed period, go to Invoicing > Periods > Manage periods.
